Personal comic strip, Would you want one?

First I want to thank those who took my last post in the good spirit it was intended, Thank you.
Now lets talk about your personal graphic story, is it funny, noir, romantic, or is it a wanderlust in savage lands? Are you a zombie who does not fit in because instead of brains you want coffee? Are you a hero or a villain, maybe simply you just have Charlie Sheen's brain? You could be a lone warrior fighting for freedom in a cyber punk police state and then again you could be a rock star from Mars. It can be serious or funny which ever you would prefer, this particular one was funny notice the lawn Gnomes on the cyborg geese. All will come with a concept card giving a brief summary of the idea what is going on in your comic world, the one pictured is about lawn Gnomes who through a portal from their parallel faery dimension come to harvest toadstools for illegal purposes in their home world. There is only one woman who can stop them, armed with her dog who happens to be enhanced with armor and lasers against The Gnomes, who for some reason fly cyborg geese with rockets.
Email me with serious requests, and place the title of this post in your email. This particular piece went for $100 dollars + $20 dollars for it to be framed, I will charge for shipping as well however if its unframed it will not be much money. You will need to email me all references of what you want in the piece, and people will need at least a front view and a profile, please no low resolution images. Thank you for checking out my post, and think about your graphic story.

The Host, Horror art

Hello, this is an ink and marker sketch card I did for a horror art set of original monsters. There is a story behind this one as well, he is only a side character and this is going to require a bit of explaining. Imagine if you will a race  of insect like female creatures who require the use of technology and male hominids to reproduce parasitically.
They use technology to transmit sound frequencies to prospect host to make him angry, eventually gain control of host on some level. This eventually leads to host arriving at nest, he then is cloned with modifications better suited for young female creature. Full control over host's will occurs when he kills his former self, host being cloned with female creature inside performs drone functions of the nest. When it is time for birth host walks to the edge of the center nest, and the parasite liberates itself from its fleshy host as illustrated here. This is part of my Fire Heart world one story and is Copyrighted by Vincent Russell. On a funny side note back in 2006 I believe I would draw different scenes from this story on wrapped christmas presents and I think my aunt thought I was crazy.

He Who Lets Evil In, Horror Painting

He Who Lets Evil In is a horror painting done with acrylic paint on 5x7 canvas panel. This is from a series of paintings all done on the same size panel. I'll be posting the rest of this nightmareish art in the near future.

I decided to paint these small paintings after I got so much good feedback on mirrors I did earlier. I decided to paint a smaller and more affordable versions since many of my fans don't have enough money to be able so drop a few hundred dollars on a painting. With these I can keep my fans happy and keep on doing what I love most, horror and fantasy arts of all shapes and sizes.

Just added this one to my red bubble, it can not be purchased as a post card or greeting card.

Kor the Troll T-Shirt, Horror Art

Kor the Troll t-shirt is my horror art tee-shirt and it is now on  Red Bubble. This horror art is done with ink and arranged, colored on the computer. The basis being a comic book concept that I have put much time into, it is the story of Kor the Troll and how fear of what we are can blind us to what we become. I'll be working on this horror story soon, so it'll be out there. I'm working on another graphic novel at the moment, so it will take some time before I can get to this one. I'll be posting here when I'll start working on the art for it.

Do you Want to be a Hero?

This drawing is a sample of a portrait of a fantasy/comic book hero. I drew it yesterday from a picture of my wife. We were thinking about this character for some time now. This is a character called Lida of the Woods who is a child of the nature and fights to protect it. She has vines around one arm that she uses to block and attack. The other hand has a glove on it to protect that hand when she strikes with a dagger.

If if would like btw me to draw you as a fantasy character or a comic book character just send me a photo and a description of a character you want to become and the rest is up to me. For details go to my custom portrait post at Unnerving Nightmare shop

Portraits

I have drawn portraits before, but haven't tried making a living of of it until now. Over the last few days I drew 2 portraits in different inking style and priced them according to the time it took me to draw them. At the moment they are actually very cheap as far as portraits go, in the future I'm planing to increase the price though, I mean honestly, $50 for a portrait? Thats just too cheap, but I have to start somewhere.

Comic Strip

This Is the first page of a comic strip I'm working on. I will sell prints of this page in Unnerving Nightmare shop on etsy as this page is a story in itself. The rest of the story will be drawn though, eventually... This comic book/graphic novel will be about a man who in the proces of killing monsters became a monster himself. I'd like to bring your attention to the eyes of the monster that just got slain in the middle of the page. What do you see in them? Who is this monster? Wad he always an abomination? The eyes drow a very good picture about this monster being not all that bad, he just got cought up and couldn't find his way. Death was his only way out, and death he got.

5 Faced Mirror

Horror painting done on a mirror frame. I love doing stretched faces, can you tell?
This one is not as scary as the one with 3 faces, but it's enough to get old ladies to make disgusted face and walk away. Better yet, old man to turn away from it as soon as they get a glimpse with the look on their face that reads "I didn't see it, I swear I didn't see it, God please don't send me to sell for looking at it, I didn't see anything." If I god a $1 for every person that got disgusted after looking at this painting, I'd be rich.

Mirror With Three Streched Faces

Painted mirror done in acrylic paint. Faces stretched  Around the mirror give a very cool effect when you look at your self in the mirror.
I painted this mirror about a month ago. Got good reactions out of it, people loved it, especially the red face. Actually red face is what people usually saw and didn't even noticed the other two. Hope you guys love it as much as I do.

PS: sorry I didn't post anything for so long, didn't have Internet access.
